Raw Lemon Coconut Bliss Date Balls
INGREDIENTS:
-1 cup cashews -1/2 cup almonds -9 medjool dates -Juice of 1 lemon -1 cup unsweetened coconut
DIRECTIONS:
1. Add cashews and almonds to a food processor and blend to a powder. 2. Add dates 2 at a time to protect the motor. 3. Add lemon juice and blend. 4. Form into 1 inch balls and roll in coconut. 5. Freeze for 10 minutes before serving. 6. Store in refrigerator
