An excellent, easy, unprocessed plant-based snack is a raw fruit or vegetable.

Okay but what about the days that just won't do the trick?  

 

What about the days when the kids are craving something sweet?  

 

What about the days when you need some crunch and a carrot won't do?

​

Don't pass over these recipes.  I really feel that these might just be the most critical to feeling successful in this lifestyle.  Meal prepping and grocery shopping is something most of us are used to but what about the in between?  Experiment with some of these recipes and make sure your snack items are plentiful as you transition.
