The Science behind a Plant-Based  diet

Why listen to us?  Who are we to tell you hoe to eat?  You are SO right and I encourage you to use this skepticism with every blog that tells you how you should be eating.  

 

DON'T LISTEN TO ME, LISTEN TO THE DOCTORS.  

 

The doctors who are reviewing published studies in the medical journals.  Only the  peer-reviewed, double-blind, placebo controlled studies.  The studies that are NOT funded by the food industry who stand to benefit from the outcome of any given study.

We must learn to block the sensational articles that come across our radar each day and learn to only trust in doctors dedicated to digging deep into the research and who don't stand to gain from us following their prescribed diet.  

​

So in case you needed convincing that a whole foods plant-based diet is the way to go, this page is full of reputable links to doctors reporting on the science..
