The transition to a whole foods plant-based diet can be overwhelming until you get the hang of it.  

 

Most of us were raised on a meat and potatoes diet and are accustomed to preparing meals that way.  

 

Over my family's slow and gradual progression phasing out meat and introducing more plant foods, I discovered some tips and tricks that really reduced the time and effort needed to plan meals, shop and find savings.
