About Us

Fitness without nutrition.  Nutrition without fitness.  Neither works.  

 

That's why we are so passionate about the power of fitness and nutrition when combined and EMPOWERing people to be able to bring real health to themselves and their family. 

 

We are two personal trainers with three young kids.  We know your struggles because they are ours too!  We have been through the ropes as parents trying to find time to work out, a mom trying to cook healthy for her family on a time and money budget.  Picky eaters.  School lunches.  Eating out.  Holidays.  Family parties and summer BBQs.  All of the things that can throw someone with the best of intentions off course.  We're here to demystify the process and share our methods that have brought us success.

We are so excited to offer private personal training sessions as well as small group personal training sessions that focus on the individual's or the group's goals.  A complimentary session on nutrition is paired with each training package purchased in order to get the most out of your hard work in the gym.

​

We also offer a variety of group fitness classes in a private environment.  The classes are suitable for all levels of fitness and a ton of fun!

To pair with our training sessions and group fitness classes, we wanted a space that our clients could go to for ideas and recipes on how we eat.  The science is urging us all to eat  plant-based for optimal health. But we had been eating a "clean" meat and potatoes diet for SO LONG.    We struggled for a long time with how to actually implement the way the science was telling us to eat. The number of cookbooks and sites filled with beautiful recipes were overwhelming. Yet when we did find something, most times our children refused to take more than one bite of it. 

 

This site is a labor of love with the hopes that we can help you incorporate more plants into your diet as well as your family's.  Whether you want to dive head first into a plant-based diet or just make plants more of the centerpiece of your plate -  here you will find a compilation of tried and true recipes that have been tweaked countless times with our own kiddos so that your entire family can get experience wellness from head to toe.
