Try this one as a gateway green smoothie. I promise over time they will get used to the taste of more and more greens!

"My kids hate green smoothies" green smoothie recipe
(approx. 2 servings)
INGREDIENTS:
-1 cup water or plant milk -1 cup frozen fruit (mango/peach/pineapple will all keep the green color. Cherries, blueberries, etc. will change the color but be equally delicious.) -1 banana -2 cups kale or spinach -1/2 cup pitted dates
DIRECTIONS:
1. Blend in a high-powered blender and enjoy!
