My 1st grader loves taking a variety of wraps in her school lunch.
Today, my big girl made a wrap with garlic hummus, brown rice, cumin, dash of salt, matchstick carrots, cucumbers, spinach and a few black olives. A yummy meal for little kids and grown kids alike!

INGREDIENTS:
-hummus
-brown rice
-matchstick carrots
-sliced cucumber
-sliced black olives
-dash cumin
-dash salt & pepper
DIRECTIONS:
1. Layer in the order above, roll & enjoy!
