Plant-Based Cauliflower Pizza

INGREDIENTS:

-1/2 head cauliflower -1/4 tsp salt -2 tsp pizza seasoning -2 chia "eggs" (2 TBS chia, 2 TBS water)

-parchment paper

TOPPING IDEAS:

-1/2 thinly sliced onion

-1/4 cup sliced olives

-1/2 cup sliced mushrooms

-1/4 avocado sliced

-fresh basil

-sprinkle of cashew cheese

DIRECTIONS:

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

2. Mix chia eggs and let sit for 5 minutes.

3. Blend ingredients in food processor.

4. Press into a circle on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.

5. Bake in oven for 8 minutes.

6. Remove from oven and add topping. Bake for another 8 minutes.
