Cashew "Parmesan Cheese"

Cashew cheese is similar in taste and texture to Parmesan cheese. However it's much lower in sodium and is a source of B12. We sprinkle this topping on just about everything but particularly like it on pastas and pizza. Try it and you'll soon become obsessed too!

Cashew "Parmesan Cheese"

(makes 1 1/4 cup)

INGREDIENTS:

-1 cup cashews -1 TBS nutritional yeast -1 tsp garlic powder -1 tsp onion powder

DIRECTIONS:

1. Blend above and store in refrigerator. Fresh for approcimately 1 week.
